We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns & Restocking Fee
Customers may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note a 35% restocking and shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and logistics.
Returns due to product defects or fulfillment errors will not incur any fees.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (including special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
