Coverage:

Non-refundable:
Once purchased, the insurance is non-refundable, regardless of the shipment outcome or usage.
Claims:
In the event of damage, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving a damaged item, or within 14 days in case of a lost shipment. Please be prepared to provide supporting documentation (e.g., proof of purchase, photos, etc.).
Exclusions:
This insurance does not cover delivery delays, indirect or consequential damages, or pre-existing issues unrelated to shipping.
Agreement:
By purchasing shipping insurance, you acknowledge and accept these terms — including the non-refundable clause.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as fulfillment begins immediately after purchase.
